I’ve just took out all of the insurance we’ve covered for you. I spoke to a lady called Susie. It really assisted me as I had a soft tissue injury previously and she advised me on what to do and I added it to my policy over the phone, great service, thanks again.

Very good but the renewal price on my old policy with you was higher than the price paid. I believe this to be unfair. In my opinion you should offer existing customers the best prices when tenewal is due. If you are not loyal to us, why should we be loyal to you?

I always use cover for you as they offer comprehensive cover at a reasonable price. It’s easy to get a quote and as a returning customer they offer competitive discounts and free entries into completions. All of the paperwork is easy to understand so you know exactly what you are covered for and a helpline number is available to call for any advice you might need while you are on your holiday. Thankfully I’ve never had to submit a claim for anything but I’d be confident that my cover was there to support me if I did.

I used the online app, it was really easy to use, wasn't too complicated or time consuming. I would reccomend them to friends and family looking for travel insursnce, i got a quote quickly and reasonably priced..

I cannot speak for the claims process but I have recently had to declare a number of medical conditions. I have found the customer service team to be extremely helpful and the process has been quick and easy. Thank you for your help.
